Lembut Bersarang! RESEP MARTABAK MANIS PANDAN TEFLON | Tanpa Telur | Tanpa Mixer | 100% Sukses!

Hi guys:
Here’s the recipe :) Ini detail resepnya ya :) BAHASA: ● RESEP MARTABAK PANDAN; Bahan A: - 250gr tepung terigu serbaguna atau protein sedang - 45gr gula pasir | 4.5sdm - 1/2sdt garam - 1/3sdt vanilla bubuk/cair - 1/3sdt pasta pandan - 250-300 ml air (masukkan air sedikit demi sedikit jika adonan sudah terasa cukup kental bisa diaduk, air tidak perlu dimasukkan semua) Bahan B: - 1/2sdt soda kue - 1/2sdt baking powder - 5sdm air untuk melarutkan baking powder dan baking soda Bahan C - 1/3sdm gula pasir untuk taburan pemecah gelembung - 4sdm mentega sebagai olesan setelah matang - topping sesuai selera (saya memakai chocolate ganache, kacang tanah, wijen, dan krimer kental manis coklat) CHOCOLATE GANACHE (lelehkan menggunakan double mangkuk air panas/au bain marie): - 70gr dark chocolate cooking - 1sdm butter/margarine - 1sdm susu bubuk - 2sdm gula pasir (sesuai selera) - sedikit garam - 2sdm susu kental manis coklat TIPS MEMASAK: - aduklah adanan sampai licin sebelum ditambahkan pasta pandan/sekitaran 10 manitan - istirahatkan adonan 2-6 jam, saya perdah coba cuman 1 jam hasıl seratnya kuran bagus - panggang menggunakan teflon yang sudah dipanaskan pada api kecil - biarkan semua gelembung naik, kemudian bantu pecahkan dengan menaburi gula pasir - kemudian tutup teflon dan biarkan permukaan martabak enggak basah dan pinggirannya krispi ENGLISH: ● MARTABAK PANDAN (INDONESIAN PANCAKE) RECIPE; Ingredients A: - 250gr all purpose flour - 45gr granulated sugar | 4.5tbsp - 1/2tsp salt - 1/3tsp vanilla powder - 1/3tsp pandan paste - 250-300 ml water, pour gradually Ingredients B: - 1/2sdt baking soda - 1/2sdt baking powder - 5tbsp water to dissolve baking powder and baking soda Ingredients C: - 1/3tbsp granulated sugar to burst the bubbles - 4tbsp salted butter, spread once it cooked to make it more savory - topping according to taste (I use chocolate ganache, finely roasted peanuts, sesame seed, and condensed milk) CHOCOLATE GANACHE (melted, au bain marie method): - 70gr dark chocolate cooking - 1tbsp butter/margarine - 1tbsp milk powder - 2tbsp granulated sugar (according to taste) - a pinch of salt - 2tbsp condensed milk COOKING TIPS: - whisk the batter until shining shimmering splendid before adding pandan paste, around 10 minutes - rest the batter for at least 2-4 hours, I've tried just for 1 hour and the result is not good enough - use non sticky pan that has been preheated at low heat - let all the bubbles rises up, then sprinkle with sugar to help bubbles bursting - just cover the pan and let the pancake cooked (crispy edges and not wet anymore on the surface) Itu ajasi guys bahan-bahannya super gampils, caranya silakan ikutin video ya!
