Hi guys..

Hari ini gue mau share resep cilok Bandung yang super empuk dan kenyal musk sudah dingin, ciloknya bakalan gye sajikan dengen saus kacang pedes yang manteup!.

Okede guys, ini dia resepnya ya :)

●● CILOK BANDUNG WITH SAMBAL KACANG RECIPE; ● DOUGH/ADONAN CILOK: - 140gr all purpose flour | 11tbsp (terigu serbaguna 11 sdm) - 150gr tapioca flour | 15tbsp (tepung tapioka/sagu 15 sdm) - 1tsp salt (garam 1 sdt/sesuai selera) - 1tsp mushroom broth (kaldu jamur/micin 1 sdt) - 1/4tsp white pepper (lada bubuk 1/4 sdt) - 2 cloves garlic (bawang putih 2 siung) - 2 leek stalks (bawang daun 2 batang) - 360ml water (air suhu ruang 360 ml) ● PEANUT SAUCE/SAMBEL KACANG: - 75gr peanut (kacang tanah 75 gram) - 6 cayenne pepper (cabe rawit/cengek besar 6-kalo suka pedas) - 1 clove garlic (bawang putih 1 siung) - 2 cloves onion (bawang merah 2 siung) - 1 chilli (cabe keriting 1) - 1/3tsp mushroom broth (kaldu jamur 1/3 sdt) - a pinch of salt (sejumput garam) - 1/2 palm/brown sugar (gula jawa/aren 1/2 kecil) - 7tbsp water (air 7 sdm-sesuai selera) - 2 limes (jeruk limau 1-2 kecil) *add enough water to boil the cilok (air secukupnya untuk merebus cilok) *add enough cooking oil to fry peanut sauce ingredients (minyak secukupnya buat goreng bahan-bahan sambel) Itu ajasi guys bahan-bahannya super gampils, caranya silakan ikutin video ya!
