Hello everyone!..
Today I'm gonna cook tteokbokki but I modify with seblak sauce. Fyi, seblak is an Sundanese savoury and spicy dish, originating from the Sundanese region in West Java, Indonesia. Made of wet krupuk (Indonesian crackers) cooked with protein sources such as egg, chicken, seafood or beef in spicy sauce. Seblak is a speciality of Bandung city, West Java, Indonesia. Seblak can be acquired from restaurant, food stall, and street food. It is one of the most popular street foods in Indonesia especially in Bandung and Jakarta.

Okay, enough for the intro. In this recipe I just use the sauce not all the component.
