Japanese Milk Mochi With Green Tea (Matcha) Filling;
MATCHA FILLING (ISIAN MATCHA):
- 30gr margarine/butter (mentega/margarine)
- 40gr all purpose flour (tepung terigu serbaguna/medium protein)
- 110gr water (air suhu ruang)
- 110gr milk (susu UHT/full cream/fresh milk)
- 100gr condensed milk (susu kental manis)
- 1/3tsp salt (1/3 sdt garam)
- 1tbsp matcha powder (1 sdm bubuk matcha)
- 2 drops of matcha flavour (2 tetes perisa matcha)
MOCHI DOUGH (KULIT MOCHI):
- 300gr glutinous rice flour (tepung ketan)
- 140gr condensed milk (susu kental manis)
- 1/3tsp salt (1/3 sdt garam)
- 1/2tsp vanilla extract/powder (1/2 sdt vanili ekstrak/bubuk)
- 50gr vegetable oil (minyak goreng)
- 250gr water (air suhu ruang)
ADDITIONAL:
100gr tapioca/corn flour to cover mochi skin (tapioka/maizena untuk taburan kulit mochi)
