Strawberry Swiss roll Cake Recipe

BATTER/ADONAN:
- 3 whole eggs (3 telur utuh) - 4 tbsp all purpose flour (4 sdm tepung terigu serbaguna) - 3 tbsp granulated sugar (3 sdm gula pasir) - 1/2 tbsp cake emulsifier (1/2 sdm SP/TBM/OVALET) - 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (1/2 sdt vanili bubuk/boleh ganti ekstra/liquid) - 1/2 tbsp corn flour (1/2 sdm tepung maizena) - 1 tbsp milk powder(1 sdm susu bubuk) - 7 tbsp melted butter/margarine (7 sdm butter/margarine leleh) FILLING/ISIAN: I used strawberry jam, you can change to butter cream or any jam flavour! TRAY/LOYANG: I used 20x20 cm tray!
