Resep Chiffon Cake

Bahan A (adonan kuning telur-pandan):
- 5 kuning telur
- 35 gram gula pasir
- sejumput garam (1/2 - 1 sdt)
- 110 ml santan kental
- 1 sdm pasta pandan (boleh ganti jus pandan asli)
- 65 minyak sayur (olive oil lebih shabby)
- 125 gram tepung terigu protein rendah/all purpose flour juga boleh (medium protein)

Bahan B (maringue):
- 6 putih telur
- 110 gram gula pasir
- 1 sdt cream of tartar (boleh ganti 1 sdt cuka atau 1 sdm perasaan lemon/nipis)
