Gyukaku Puding Recipe

MILK PUDING:
- 400 ml milk/susu (gue pake Frisian Flag Coconut Delight)
- 2 tbsp/sdm granulated sugar (gula pasir biasa)
- 1 tsp/sdt jelly powder/agar-agar (gue pake nutrijell yang plain/warna biru plastiknya)

BROWN SUGAR SAUCE:
- 5 tbsp/sdm palm sugar/gula palem (bisa ganti gula jawa yg bulet tinggal sisir halus aja biar gampang larut)
- 5 tbsp/sdm water/air (prinsipnya 1:1 antara gula vs airnya supaya kekentalannya pas)
- a pinch of salt/sejumput garam (biar rasa manisnya muanteep puolll)
